Mary Magdaline Webb
Mary Magdaline Webb was called home to be with the Lord on January 26, 2013 in Santa Paula. Mary passed away peacefully at the age of 88, surrounded by family.
She was born in Paris, Texas on May 26, 1923 and was the daughter of Claude and Emmer McDowell. She was married to her late husband, Burnie James Webb, pruning contractor, until he passed away on August 18, 1968.
Mary has four children, James Webb, Mary Welch and Jim Webb of Santa Paula and Pat Webb of Redding, California; nine grandchildren and the late Karen Sue Webb; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Mary lived in Santa Paula for 72 years and was a homemaker and loving mother. Her life revolved around her family.
She will be remembered for her friendships, graciousness, fellowship and compassion. The legacy of her love and influence will live on for generations to come.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 31 at the Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery.
