Optimist Club of Santa Paula gives special gifts to Blanchard Community Library

The Optimist Club of Santa Paula recently gave two very special gifts to Blanchard Community Library. $200 was given in loving memory of Optimist Club member Ralph Leon to purchase books for teens. A $200 donation was also given to purchase books for children in honor of longtime Optimist Club member Cathy Hicks. As a result, 34 brand new books are now being enjoyed by Santa Paula children and teens.
