Livingston Visiting Nurse Association will hold Diabetes Classes to introduce basic information regarding diet, medication, exercise, blood sugar monitoring, new developments and common problems.
Open to the public and free of charge, no registration is necessary. In Ventura: February 5th from 1:00 - 2:30 pm @ Livingston VNA, 1996 Eastman Ave, #109 (Community Room).
