Join us at the Santa Paula Senior Center on Thursday, November 8 at 12:30 for a very informative presentation on preventing falls, the leading cause of injuries to older adults.

Physical therapist Karen Swisher will discuss how medications, physical changes and health conditions affect one’s balance. She will also give handy hints on making your home safer. Demonstrations will be given on the proper use of canes and walkers.

Come early and enjoy Senior Nutrition Lunch starting at 11:30. There is   a $3.00 suggested donation for those 60 and older, $5.00 all others.
