Beverly Samantha Frady invites the community to the second annual Hands Across Santa Paula for Kindness, to be held at Veterans Park on Sunday, September 23 at 3 p.m.

This year the event is promoting kindness to help stop bullying.

There will be songs from the Isbell Middle School Chorus led by Donna Nelson. Guest speakers include Dr. Paul Chounet and Councilman Fred Robinson. Representatives from the Santa Paula Fire Department and Santa Paula Police Department together with Sparky the Fire Dog and McGruff the Crime Fighting Dog will be on hand, as well as from the new Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center (SPARC). And there may be a surprise guest or two!
