Good turnout for Renaissance back to school night

Renaissance High School celebrated a back-to-school-night recently. The evening celebration started off with a dinner, served on the outdoor tables at the school. 

After introductions and student awards from the fourth quarter of last year and comments by Principal Dr. Robin Gillette and District Superintendent Dr. Pamela Martens, parents were invited to classrooms for information on what their students are learning. Students who received recognition were each given $5 gift certificates for Baskin Robbins, supplied by Dr. Gillette and her husband David.
